How we keep the lead time short
- Dedicated prototype cell. Small orders are scheduled on separate machines, so they are never pushed back by large batch jobs.
- 24 hour engineering feedback. Drawings are reviewed the same day, and DFM issues are flagged before machining starts instead of after the first part is scrapped.
- In-house finishing. Anodizing and laser marking are completed internally, removing 3 to 5 days of external processing time.
- Express logistics. Parts ship by DHL, FedEx or UPS with tracking, typically 3 to 5 days to North America and Europe.
