Materials We Machine
Metals: Aluminum 6061 / 7075, stainless steel 304 / 316 / 17-4PH, carbon steel, alloy steel, brass, copper, and titanium alloy.
Plastics: POM, nylon, PEEK, ABS, and acrylic.
Evaluation required: Inconel, magnesium alloy, and ultra-thin walls under 0.3 mm.

Quality is built into every step. Our workflow follows IQC → FAI → IPQC → OQC, supported by:
- 1 × Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM, accuracy ±0.003 mm)
- 1 × 2D vision measuring system
- Height gauge, micrometers, roughness tester, and hardness tester
Every shipment can include a dimensional report, Material Test Certificate (MTC), and RoHS report.
