Factory & Capabilities
Our machine base combines milling, turning, and multi-axis capability under one roof:
- 20 * 3-axis CNC machining centers (VMC-850, 850*500*500 mm, ±0.01 mm)
- 4 * 4-axis and 3 * 5-axis machining centers (±0.005 mm)
- 8 * CNC lathes (Ø320 * 1000 mm), 2 * turn-mill, 3 * Swiss-type
- Auxiliary: 6 * wire EDM, 2 * grinding machines, tapping & sandblasting
Standard tolerance reaches ±0.02 mm, with precision work to ±0.01 mm and ±0.005 mm on high-end machines. Surface finishes down to Ra 0.8 μm (fine milling) and Ra 0.4 μm (grinding/polishing). We machine aluminum 6061/7075, stainless steel 304/316/17-4PH, carbon and alloy steel, brass, copper, titanium, plus POM, nylon, PEEK, ABS, and acrylic.

Quality & Certification
Our ISO 9001 quality system is backed by a CMM (±0.003 mm), 2D vision measuring system, height gauge, micrometers, roughness tester, and hardness tester. Shipments can include dimensional reports, Material Test Certificates (MTC), and RoHS reports.
